Development Management

We manage the entire project development for investors wanting a passive approach to their investment. We are well versed in areas from master planning and urban design, including multi-level residential, industrial parks, commercial buildings and large volume land estates. With our connection to local authorities and town planning advisors, we are always seeking the best outcome of the planning permit process with the commercial feasibility of the project in mind. Our team have successfully obtained planning permits for all our sites in a timely manner. The development management team is involved from pre-purchase to tender process with a vision to work towards a desired outcome.

Project Delivery Management

Our project delivery team has extensive experiences in delivering complex projects in commercial, hotel, industrial and residential projects. To get the project off the ground, we also assist our clients to work with our preferred financier if required. We have an in-house team who can provide financial modelling to set the project up with the right funding structure as well as managing financial closure of the project. Our delivery team has worked with many key industrial partners whether it is a major civil contractor or multilevel commercial building builder.
